AVALON

by JUSTIN WIGGINS

The mortal man Blagan is betrayed by his uncle Lucas and becomes an exile from The Haven. His father, King Angus, is betrayed, murdered, and Lucas rises to power by giving himself over to the ancient dark powers. Blagan, who is weary, filled with grief, and bereft of his family, barely survives after his exile. He is shipwrecked, and is rescued by the Faerie woman Aisling, and thus an epic quest for Avalon, and the overthrow of the demon King Lucas begins. This fantasy novella, by Justin Wiggins, inspired by Celtic Mythology, Arthurian Legend, and J.R. R. Tolkien’s Beren and Luthien, is filled with peril, suffering, struggle, adventure, magic, love, joy, and hope. This myth will delight, move, and inspire readers. ‘In Avalon Justin Wiggins takes us on a magical mystical journey. This love story is superbly executed and fires our imagination, spiritually nourishing us with a courageous mix of classical Arthurian legend and hints of Celtic and Norse Mythology.’ -Ger White – Irish author and poet
